After driving crime down, passing historic housing legislation, and helping New Yorkers save billions through tax relief, free internet, child care, and more in 2024, Mayor Adams outlined an ambitious vision to build a safer, more affordable city for working-class people, especially those raising families across the five boroughs.

In October 2020, Mayor Trantalis published a written State of the City report rather than host an in-person event due to the COVID-19 pandemic that was then impacting the world and limiting large in-person gatherings. You can view the report here.

Question: On President Trump’s first day in office, he pledged to remove birthright citizenship and issued pardons and exited the Paris climate accords. Obviously, these are well within his power to do as President of the United States and are not things that you can control as mayor, but I was wondering if you were planning on responding to these actions.
